Overview
OPR are working with a leading Build to Rent operator to source a personable and proactive Resident Services Assistant for a flagship development in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant residential community.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for residents, providing friendly and professional support
* Assist with tenancy administration, move-ins/outs, and general enquiries
* Support the delivery of resident events and community initiatives
* Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
About You
* Experience in customer service, hospitality, property, or front-of-house roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
* Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
* Passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents
