Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows listed above. You will receive three weeks’ notice of your shifts. We are happy to support flexibility, so if the times you are available to work match closely to the advertised times we would still love to hear from you.
