Regional Account Manager – Car Finance
Salary:
£40,000 basic salary
£6,000 car allowance
Guaranteed commission for 6 months

North West or West Yorkshire (Field Based)
We are partnered exclusively with a highly regarded and established Car Finance Brokerage that is seeking two Regional Account Managers to cover the North West & West Yorkshire territories. This is a field-based position, responsible for managing relationships between car dealerships and a panel of finance lenders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing business across the region, focusing on onboarding new dealerships and driving volume through existing partnerships. Applicants must have a clear route to market and a solid understanding of how to approach dealership acquisition and account development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between dealerships and finance lenders
* Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with new and existing dealership partners
* Identify and onboard new dealerships within the territory
* Support partners in optimising their finance offering and performance
* Ensure a consistent pipeline of deals and high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience within the car finance sector, ideally within a brokerage or alternatively, a lender
* Strong network of dealership contacts across North West or West Yorkshire
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field-based capacity
* Demonstrable track record in new business development and account management
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
