The Package
* Basic Salary: £21,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
* On Target Earnings: £25,750 - £30,750
* Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

The Job
* Kick off with a daily team meeting with that all-important coffee!
* Assist customers in buying or selling homes
* Present, negotiate, and manage sales
* Generate leads & drive business growth
* Offer top-tier service, arrange viewings & appointments
* Office-based with opportunities for on-the-go viewings
The Person
* A minimum of 6 months experience in Estate Agency essential
* Positive, driven, and eager to make things happen
* Passionate about learning and self-development
