Your new role As Finance Controller, you will report into the Record to Report Manager and play a pivotal role in building a high-performing accounting team within a shared services environment. You will be responsible for delivering a strong financial control framework, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities, and driving continuous process will partner closely with senior leaders, providing insightful financial analysis, robust reporting, and appropriate challenge to support effective decision-making and sustainable business growth. Alongside technical excellence, you will lead, coach and develop your team while fostering an inclusive, values-driven and safety-first culture.
