We’d love to hear from you if you have:• Leadership ability to motivate teams and drive landscape-scale nature recovery.• Ecological or land management expertise, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to practical restoration.• Experience in countryside management or projects, including strong communication and team coordination skills.• Strong partnership skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.• Financial awareness and experience managing budgets to achieve strategic outcomes.Restore Nature Delivery ManagerWe embrace portfolio working in Herefordshire, pulling together as one team to deliver ambitiously and at pace. Working with our tenants as well as external partners to improve nature across the County. Working across the portfolio will give you opportunity to drive forward our ambitions to create fantastic natural habitats, from caring for Lancelot 'Capability' Brown's last landscape at Berrington, working with our tenant farmer to deliver ambitious nature friendly farming at Brilley and Brockhampton. To caring for SSSI and SAM features along with some of the finest veteran trees in Western Europe at Croft. The National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart.
