Outstanding Cover Supervisors Wanted Secondary Schools | Oldham & Surrounding Areas Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, rewarding work in local secondary schools? We’re currently recruiting confident and capable Cover Supervisors to work across Oldham and nearby areas, supporting pupils and schools on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in keeping learning on track in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged Managing classroom behaviour and creating a calm, focused learning environment Supporting students with their work where needed Taking accurate registers and providing clear handover notes for teaching staff Working collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff About the Schools We work in close partnership with a wide range of good and outstanding secondary schools across Oldham.
