An established consultancy delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP & SCM solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle PLM Service Engineer to support and enhance their Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment - primarily across Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH) modules.
This is a hands-on production support role for someone who understands both PLM business processes and the technical configurations behind them. You’ll handle everything from L1 support and issue triage to patch testing, API integrations, and post-production support.
Oracle PLM Service Engineer – Key Responsibilities
* Provide L1 production support for Oracle Cloud PLM – Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH)
* Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and incidents
* Configure and maintain Oracle PLM components and handle customizations
* Conduct API integration testing and support system connectivity across modules
* Manage Agile data migration activities and troubleshoot related issues
* Deliver post-production support / hypercare services after deployments
* Create and maintain custom reports using Oracle tools
* Perform quarterly configuration reviews, patch validations, and testing
* Prioritize and manage support tickets and enhancement requests
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, and Business) to ensure smooth PLM operations
Oracle PLM Service Engineer – Key Skills Required
* 5+ years’ experience supporting Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
* Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles
* Hands-on experience with Oracle PDH configurations and customizations
* Working knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies
* Experience building or maintaining custom Oracle reports
* Background in Agile data migration and related tools/processes
* Strong skills in system validation, patch testing, and issue resolution
* Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication abilities — comfortable working with both technical and business teams
