* Monday - Thursday: 07:15 - 15:15
* Friday: 07:15 - 14:45
* 40 weeks per year (term time + 1 flexible "floating" week)

About the Role
You’ll take the lead on organising daily staff cover, ensuring lessons are always staffed and the school runs smoothly.
Alongside this, you’ll support wider school administration, making you a key part of the school's operations team.
This is a fast-paced role where organisation is critical – you’ll be coordinating multiple moving parts and responding to last‑minute changes with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily staff cover for planned and unplanned absences
* Produce and distribute clear daily cover schedules
* Communicate with teaching staff and senior leaders
* React quickly to last‑minute changes and staffing needs
* Maintain accurate records and admin systems
* Support wider administrative tasks across the school

* Highly organised and excellent at managing multiple tasks (essential)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Calm, reliable, and able to think on their feet
* A strong communicator who can work with a range of people
* Proactive and solutions-focused
* You do NOT need previous school experience
* Ideal for candidates from admin, scheduling, coordination, logistics, or customer service roles
