The Multi Trade Operative role:
We're committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
* Use your skills to undertake multi trade work, including jobs related to plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair. Working in a commercial setting, you have the opportunity to utilise your fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
* Attending routine repairs, and planned refurbishment jobs within live and void properties.
* Fire door remedial works
What you will bring as a (Trade):
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade, Joinery
* Plastering desirable
* Fire door experience required
* Experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment / commercial / challenging environments
* Having a passion for making a difference to peoples environments, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
* Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
The successful applicant will be required to complete a criminal records check.
