We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Technician to join our high performing team at our Farnborough site.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out high-quality structural and panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Using modern repair methods, equipment, and manufacturer standards to deliver safe and accurate results
Working collaboratively with other technicians and departments to ensure vehicles are returned on time and in pristine condition
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service in line with Steer’s core values
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment
ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to improve and innovate
