We are an established and growing solar energy company based in Waltham Abbey, seeking an organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an office-based role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-growing business within the renewable energy sector.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Candidates based locally to Waltham Abbey are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone calls and handle customer enquiries professionally
* Manage emails and general business correspondence
* Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
* Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and supporting documentation (full training provided)
* Liaise with customers, installers, and suppliers
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
* Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not essential
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Competent with computers, email, and standard office software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
