🔹 Managing Stage 1 & Stage 2 complaints
🔹 Handling complex housing and disrepair cases
🔹 Ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code
🔹 Producing high-quality written responses and investigations
🔹 Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
