East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a regional Charity providing life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. Two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of critical care cars take our crew of skilled HEMS paramedics and doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide pre-hospital emergency medical care.
We have an exciting new opportunity for two experienced paramedics to become our Clinical Leads, supporting our clinical team across both bases. Providing care at advanced paramedic level via the helicopter or critical care cars, you will work with HEMS paramedics and doctors alongside other emergency services.
You will provide clinical leadership for the directorate, with a focus on clinical development and well-being support and lead on the delivery of clinical supervision for HEMS paramedics. You will also support the delivery of EAAA's clinical education and training portfolio and lead on simulation-based training for the clinical team.
You will be joining a truly inspirational organisation. EAAA not only operates with total patient focus but provides a supportive working environment where everyone can develop and make a difference - Together we save lives.
