Full time position – Reporting to Store Manager.
The Senior Client Advisor embodies the brand, serving as a powerful Brand Ambassador and trusted advisor to every client. Through personalized service, expert product knowledge, and a genuine passion for exceeding expectations, the Client Advisor cultivates lasting relationships that drive sales and elevate the client experience.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver an Exceptional Selling Experience
- Assist all clients/prospects entering the store, regardless of their needs (browsing, purchase, CARE, complaints) ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism following brand Selling Experience and leaving a lasting positive impression.
- Keep client information up-to-date in the company’s CRM system and execute 1-to-1 CRM initiatives, according to the received guidelines.
- Address complex clients’ complaints with diplomacy; offer resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation while satisfying clients concerns.
- Serve as proactive liaison between clients and local/central service departments.
- Achieve and exceed Sales Objectives and Targets.
- Actively work towards meeting or exceeding individual sales targets as well as contributing to overall store KPIs.
- Understand and stay updated on all trainings and procedures to provide flawless experience and personalized advice to clients.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies regarding discounts, security measures, fiscal responsibilities, and legal regulations during sales transactions.
