Technology Investment Banking Analyst / Associate / Vice President London Our client, an investment bank, is looking to hire into its Technology Investment Banking team in London at Analyst, Associate and Vice President level. The team supports execution of M&A and ECM assignments in the UK and Continental Europe, working across Technology sub-segments including Software, Internet, Industrial Technology & Electronics, and Tech-Enabled Services. Responsibilities Preparation of presentation materials for new business pitches or client projects Research and presentation of company / industry information, including financial data Financial modelling, including common valuation models and LBO analyses Financial analysis using Bloomberg / Thomson Eikon / Excel / CapIQ Written reports and board papers Creating marketing presentations Working with compliance to ensure adequate client and transaction take-on procedures are followed, including drafting take-on papers for internal approval committees Maintaining internal databases, including IPO and M&A information Monitoring selected client and peer group market news Working with deal teams on client mandates Requirements Relevant investment banking / corporate finance experience Strong analytical and financial modelling capability Good written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work across multiple activities while maintaining quality and accuracy A sufficiently technical qualification would be advantageous Additional information Fluency in French, German or a Scandinavian language would be viewed favourably, but is not essential Title and level will depend on experience
