Join us as a Drainage Engineer at Metro Rod London Central, located in the M25 area.
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE, plus on‑call & overtime (OTE £45k+).
Metro Rod works with prominent clients such as Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Mitie, Clarion, Axa, and Wetherspoons across FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors.

What does it entail?
* Carrying out a range of services associated with cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customers’ drains;
* Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards;
* Conducting surveys;
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise;
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications;
* Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times;
* Being part of an on‑call rota to service clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
What experience do we look for?
* High‑pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience;
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage;
* Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge;
* Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude;
* Willingness to work unsociable hours;
* Full clean UK driving licence;
* Must live in the M25 London area.
