Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Maths Teacher (QTS) to join a secondary School. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will deliver tailored, engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote confidence and progress in Maths.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver inclusive lessons within a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum for SEMH students
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, supporting personalised learning goals
* Ensure safeguarding is prioritised and all welfare policies are followed
* Apply therapeutic approaches to support student's emotional and behavioural development
* Collaborate with staff and external tutors to maintain high teaching and behavioural standards
* Implement School policies and uphold Independent School Standards daily

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Experience teaching Maths to SEN students
* Knowledge of SEN frameworks and EHCPs
* Ability to adapt lessons to individual needs
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Good communication with students, parents, and staff
* Willingness to use assistive technology
* Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
