The Role
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a reliable and customer-focused Full -Time Call Centre Operative to join their busy team. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 10pm with a one in three rota weekends (time off given for rota weekend)
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service telephone experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling high volume incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Liaising with engineers and coordinating appointments/work schedules
• Updating internal systems and ensuring information is recorded correctly
Candidate Requirements
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Available for an immediate start
