 
        
        Senior Digital Construction Consultant – WSP UK & Ireland
Join WSP to work on landmark projects around the world. As a Senior Digital Construction Consultant, you will lead the implementation of BIM and digital engineering solutions, support the growth of our Digital Services team, and deliver world‑class BIM services across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
 * Mentor and support staff and project teams to deliver world‑class BIM services on projects around the globe.
 * Support clients and project teams with BIM data strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Develop bid and tender proposals.
 * Own and develop client relationships both internally and externally to WSP.
 * Lead the implementation of BIM on various types of projects across the UK and internationally.
 * Contribute to key marketing themes within WSP Property & Buildings.
 * Support the growth and advancement of one of the most exciting and cutting‑edge digital teams in the built environment.
 * Model delivery, review and coordinate to ensure that company and project standards are maintained on all deliverables.
 * Resolve complex technical modelling issues, ensuring modelling components meet budget and deadline constraints.
 * Mentor other team members in their development.
 * Manage document control in common data environments (BIM360 docs, ProjectWise).
 * Devise and implement workflows in a CDE, collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure overall design integrity.
 * Ensure compliance with BIM standards and (inter)national BIM standards (ISO19650).
 * Liaise with project teams, clients and consultants to review BIM models and make necessary amendments.
Qualifications & Experience
 * Experience leading BIM on large multidiscipline projects.
 * Proven track record of leading and mentoring team members.
 * Engineering knowledge and experience applying technical and practical engineering coordination skills in a BIM environment.
 * Experience as a BIM Coordinator or Information Manager.
 * Understanding of workflows within CDEs.
 * Relevant industry degree (qualified would be beneficial).
