This role is key in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of export documents for international shipments, helping to maintain compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate export shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements
Manage Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading and other international payment documentation
Liaise with banks, customers, and logistics partners to resolve documentation queries
Coordinate pre-shipment inspections and ensure certification is in place
Maintain shipment records and support internal reporting Skills & Experience
Previous experience in export documentation or international shipping
Understanding of Letters of Credit, Incoterms, and trade compliance
Familiar with marine insurance and trade credit policies
Confident using MS Office and online platforms
