Role Overview:
* Full-time Attendance Support Officer
* Start date: 11th September 2025, or as soon as possible
* Monitor daily attendance and punctuality records, following up on absences and patterns of concern
* Work closely with the Pastoral Team, SLT, and external agencies to support targeted students
* Make home calls and conduct meetings with families to address attendance barriers
* Support and implement strategies to improve attendance across the school
