Job Description: Join our Team: Production Supervisor Ballymoney Site; 39 hours Monday - Thursday Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Production Supervisor to contribute to the team. As a Production Supervisor at Terex, based in Ballymoney, you'll play a pivotal role within the Operations department and be responsible for leading a team of Production Operators whilst interpreting high level requirements and transferring these to daily objectives. What you’ll do: Main Duties & Responsibilities Safety, managing safe working practices and ensuring high environmental standards within the team Planning, organising, directing, and controlling the activities and resources necessary to achieve daily targets Quality, ensuring that production is working to required standards in a zero defects culture, following standard work Delivery, controlling and managing the day-to-day production to achieve takt, build to schedule and on time delivery target Cost, monitoring production costs to ensure that targets are achieved on time within budget and within Quality standards Experience Required Minimum of 2 years previous production leadership experience gained within a high-volume manufacturing environment (preferably mobile screening manufacture). A working understanding of lean manufacturing, JIT, continuous improvement techniques Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office packages.
