Responsibilities
Main duties:
Responsible for the planning, organisation and execution of conferences and events.
The role:
– To handle incoming inquiries about conferences and correspond with exhibitors, speakers, contractors, and visitors
– Work within the event team to source conference content and speakers
– Handle logistics such as venue selection, scheduling, and attendee management
– To handle data entry, updates, and database management for specific conferences
– To participate in both local, and international events when necessary
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – Essential
– Ability to deliver results under pressure and to deadlines
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Accurate with great attention to detail
– IT literate
– Previous experience in events – Ideal
