Your Role
* Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for Salesforce applications.
* Log and track defects using JIRA and manage test cases in Xray.
* Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality across SDLC.
* Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing feedback.
* Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
* Support automation efforts using tools like Selenium or TestNG.
* Ensure thorough documentation of test results and issues.
* Maintain high standards of QA processes and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
* Hands-on experience in manual testing, especially with Salesforce applications.
* Proficient in JIRA and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of QA methodologies.
* Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
* Bonus: Exposure to automation tools and agile environments.
