Main duties of the job
Adaptable and dynamic salaried GP required to join an innovative, high-quality practice on the South Coast of England.
We are looking for a GP with excellent clinical skills who can work as part of our team.
* 4 sessions per week, preferably Monday and Thursday with flexibility on other days.
* Manage patient list once induction and familiarisation is complete.
* Participate in duty/enhanced access rota.
* Weekend work only when supporting seasonal activity.
* Use of EMIS Web clinical system.
* High QOF achievement target of 100%.
* 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week study leave.
* Home Visiting Service (covering most home visits), supported by social prescribers, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Job responsibilities
* Provide excellent patient care in a primary care setting.
* Manage a caseload and address a wide range of health needs.
* Participate in setting standards for care and audit clinical outcomes.
* Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
* Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary or generically whenever clinically appropriate.
Person Specification & Qualifications
* Qualified GP, full registration with GMC, listed on UK Medical Practitioners List.
* Must meet professional health requirements in line with GMC standards (Good Medical Practice).
* Current UK professional registration.
* Full clean driving licence to enable home visits.
