Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Providing one-to-one or small group support to students
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Helping to support students with additional learning needs, including SEND/SEMH
* For HLTA roles: leading small group activities or covering lessons when required

We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
* Strong communication and classroom support skills
* Confidence supporting students with a range of learning needs
* A proactive and flexible approach to working in schools
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
