The Role
This is a client-focused role centred around relationship building, partnership development and long-term growth.
Youll take a targeted approach to identifying and engaging organisations where Nexia can genuinely add value, developing trusted relationships with leadership teams and becoming a strategic partner rather than a supplier.
Youll have the freedom to focus on the markets and sectors you feel most passionate about, whilst working closely with the founders to shape how client partnerships are developed as the company grows.
Were not looking for someone to simply sell recruitment services. Were looking for someone who wants to build genuine partnerships with clients and become a trusted extension of their business.
What Youll Be Doing
* Developing relationships with life science companies across Europe and North America
* Identifying opportunities for partnership and long-term growth
* Working directly with founders, CEOs and leadership teams
* Travelling regularly to client sites to understand their businesses, cultures and challenges first hand
* Attending conferences, networking events and industry roundtables
* Creating creative commercial solutions that go beyond traditional recruitment
* Helping shape the future direction of Nexia and how we engage with the market
Who Were Looking For
* 1–4 years experience in recruitment, business development or client-facing roles across life sciences
* Naturally curious and commercially minded
* Strong relationship builder with high emotional intelligenceConfident speaking with senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Someone who values trust, transparency and doing things properly
