37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday Salary: Grade 1B £58,916-£63,717 FTE salary, (5% employer pension contribution, Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus bank holidays) Location: Contractually based from our Liverpool or Manchester office, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval.
Regular travel to programmes in the North West and occasional travel to other areas, as required.
Role Summary Building on the growth of Right to Succeed, we are looking for a Director to lead on developing our approach to the Resilient Communities phase (sustainability); supporting communities to continue to sustain long-term impact for children & young people, whilst considering the role that Right to Succeed will play during this final phase.
Working with our longer running programmes that have seen increased cross-sector working, collective approaches and impactful change for children and young people within the community, the Resilient Communities phase ensures communities begin to take more independent ownership to drive forward a collective vision to continue long-term impact for children & young people.
Working closely with the Chief Programme Officer & Executive Director team, the Director Resilient Communities (Sustainability) will be instrumental in the strategic development of this phase, considering the legal & governance structures, policies, processes and support needed to support the community to ensure continued impact.
Alongside this, the successful role holder will take the lead in embedding learning to determine and develop our centralised approach and the role that Right to Succeed will continue to play, whilst ensuring this meets the needs of communities.
