Orion Education is seeking a new Trustee who will also take on the role of Education Committee Chair to join our Trustee Board. The Trustees of Orion Education hold strategic oversight of the school trust, working as a collective decision-making body to ensure we deliver our ambitions for the communities and young people that we work with, and our staff body who make it all possible.
The Education Committee plays a vital role in providing challenge and support at Board level in relation to our educational outcomes, including our safeguarding, pastoral and co-curricular offer for pupils and families.
We would welcome expressions of interest from candidates with education system expertise and prior Board-level experience. Informed by our commitment to diversity and equality, we would particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups and welcomes applications from everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or disability.
