Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in English, Maths, and Science tailored to students' individual learning needs.
* Assess students' current understanding and identify areas for improvement to develop customised lesson plans.
* Support students in preparing for exams, assignments, and overall academic progress.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that boosts confidence and motivation.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding development.
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs or learning difficulties where applicable.
* Stay updated on curriculum changes and employ innovative teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
Skills
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners.
* Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts across English, Maths, and Science subjects.
* Experience working with children, including those with special educational needs.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Organised with the ability to plan lessons effectively and manage time efficiently during sessions.
