We’re working with a highly respected and forward-thinking Wealth Management firm offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join their established team in Cambridge.

You’ll be joining a growing Paraplanning Centre of Excellence, working closely with experienced Financial Planners and Client Executives to deliver bespoke, compliant, and high-quality advice to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed and compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters
* Conduct research and analysis to identify appropriate financial planning solutions
* Perform cashflow modelling and prepare tax calculations where required
* Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain investment and policy information
* Support client review meetings and maintain accurate, compliant client files
* Ensure adherence to FCA principles, compliance standards, and internal processes
* Collaborate and share best practice with colleagues, including peer reviews and technical support
About You
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)
* Proven experience as a Paraplanner within Financial Services
* Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, and protection
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organised approach to workload
* Confident using Microsoft Office (advanced Word/Excel) and provider platforms
* Passionate about personal development, with ambitions to progress toward Advanced Diploma or Chartered Status
