Requirements of the Legal Secretary:
Proven Legal Secretarial/PA experience essential with a background in Family Law
Case Management experience
Digital Dictation experience
Self motivated
Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise own workload
Demonstrate initiative
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work under pressure

Able to drive and have own transport.

Providing secretarial support to the busy Family Law team.
This includes case management, digital dictation, dealing with clients both F2F and on the phone/email, as well as managing diaries for colleagues.
