About The Job We’re delighted to be recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join the dedicated team at St. Piers College. In this rewarding role, you’ll work under the guidance of a Personal Tutor, supporting young adults throughout their college journey. You’ll play a key part in helping to plan and deliver engaging, meaningful learning experiences that empower students to achieve their full potential. Day-to-day, your role will include but not limited to: - Putting the students at the heart of everything we do. Helping to create a safe learning environment where all students are encouraged, and enabled, to achieve their full potential. Enabling students to access learning, using needs-specific, personalised approaches, both with 1:1 and group learning activities. Assisting Tutors in the delivery of their lessons. Contributing to tracking students’ achievements against their learning objectives.
