A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Diss, Ipswich area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties
* Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
* Ensure that residents’ care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
* Report any ill health among residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working in a care setting.
* A good team player.
* 1+ year of NMC registration.
* Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
