We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences while maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen environment. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Oversee food production, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and allergen controls Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control to minimise waste Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary trends Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and high standards of service Experience in food production, restaurant operations, and serving customers is highly desirable Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour On-site parking
