Executive Assistant with HR Exposure

We’re working with a highly regarded investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant with HR exposure to support a senior leader while also getting involved in people-related coordination.
This is a great opportunity for a PA/EA who enjoys being at the heart of a team, wants variety, and is comfortable supporting both senior stakeholders and HR processes.
The role:
This is a dual role combining high-level EA support with involvement in HR coordination. You’ll be supporting a senior leader day-to-day, while also assisting with key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing full EA support including complex diary and travel management
* Acting as a central point of coordination across the team
* Supporting recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate experience
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
* Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
* Preparing contracts and handling general HR administration
* Managing the HR inbox and responding to queries
* Supporting HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
* Getting involved in wider team and operational projects
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a PA/EA supporting senior stakeholders
* Some exposure to HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, or employee queries
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
* Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
