This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional IT services team as an IT Consultant Apprentice, where youll gain hands-on experience supporting clients and delivering technical solutions.Youll develop practical skills across a wide range of platforms while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.About the Role As an IT Consultant Apprentice, youll support the delivery of IT services to clients, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring systems run efficiently.Youll work closely with experienced consultants and account managers, gaining exposure to different technologies, client environments, and small project work.This is a varied role that combines technical support, customer interaction, and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities IT Support & Service Desk Monitor and manage incoming support requests via a ticketing systemAssist with diagnosing and resolving IT issuesProvide solutions or basic workarounds to common technical problemsEscalate more complex issues to senior team membersClient Support & Communication Deliver a high standard of customer service to clientsKeep clients updated on progress and resolutionsCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical usersSystems & Project Support Assist with small project work where requiredSupport setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systemsWork across platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Apple environmentsAdministration & Documentation Keep support tickets and records up to dateMaintain accurate documentation and system notesContribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practiceTeam Collaboration Work closely with consultants, account managers, and support teamsShare ideas and help identify improvements to processesSupport overall service delivery across the businessAbout You Were looking for someone who is:Passionate about IT and new technologiesEager to learn and develop technical skillsOrganised with good time management and attention to detailA clear communicator, both written and verbalCalm under pressure and able to solve problems logicallyMotivated to build a long-term career in ITDesirable (Not Essential) Basic understanding of IT systems or support environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or similar toolsAny previous IT study or experienceWhat Youll Gain A recognised Level 3 IT apprenticeship qualificationHands-on experience supporting real clientsExposure to a range of technologies and IT environmentsDevelopment of technical, communication, and problem-solving skillsA strong foundation for future roles such as: IT Support TechnicianIT ConsultantSystems AdministratorInfrastructure EngineerWhy Apply?
