We’re looking for a dynamic Transaction Manager to lead and inspire our Sales Team, delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving key financial and operational targets.
In this pivotal role, you will maximise sales opportunities, secure profitable finance and insurance transactions, and guide the Sales Team to achieve outstanding results.
As our Transaction Manager, you will:
* Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
* Achieve sales targets for vehicles and associated products
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently exceed performance goals
* Maximise new and existing business opportunities
* Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
* Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
* Deliver volume and margin targets to meet financial objectives
* Support and coach the Sales Team to deliver consistently high performance
* Maximise sales of vehicles, finance, insurance, and value-added products
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and all internal policies
* Build strong, trust-based customer relationships
* Accurately prepare and check all deal documentation
* Monitor performance, track financials, and meet volume and margin targets
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or in a similar automotive sales leadership role
* A strong track record of achieving sales and finance/insurance targets
* A solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* A proactive, positive, and results-driven approach
* The ability to motivate and develop a sales team
* Experience in a franchised dealership environment (VAG experience is a bonus but not essential)
