We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who is organised and has an attention to detail, is adaptable and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
You will be providing support for Property Care Team in our busy call centre which handles between 150 and 300 calls per day by managing customer contacts for our Responsive Repair Service. This role will co‑ordinate across multiple systems and operational teams to ensure all responsive repairs are captured and managed in the maintenance of our properties.
Preferred experience and background:
* Providing a similar role in a local authority or social housing environment
* Background in construction or data analysis and strong administration skills
* Information systems and databases – NEC and Keystone knowledge is a distinct advantage
* Excellent skills and experience using Microsoft Access and Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
