The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support students in completing assigned work
Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confidence leading a class of students aged 11–16
A proactive and adaptable attitude
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
A degree or relevant qualifications (preferred)
