Job Title: Senior Building Control Surveyor

Salary: HC9 £40,777 - £45,091 per annum

You will be a Class 3 RBI, Senior Building Control Surveyor for the building control service reporting to the Building Control Manager, ensuring our professional service and advice continue to meet the highest standards, reporting to Government on performance, driving income potential, working with the new regulator, promoting internal training and development, and working with the construction industry and representing the building control service with professional bodies.
