This is not a hard sell! It is a consultative role surveying pre-war, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian properties and quoting for restoration and repair projects.
The skill of the role is to build trust and credibility with the owners or estates managers without pressuring them for a decision.
£35,000 - £45,000 basic
£20,000 - £30,000 commission
