JOB: Mechanical Engineer
LOCATION: Rugby
TERM: Permanent
SALARY: GBP 30,000 – GBP 35,000, dependent on experience
My client designs and manufactures products for a variety of sectors. They are looking for Mechanical Engineers to join their team in Coventry on a permanent basis.
Ideal Attributes
* Experience within an Apprenticeship/Junior Design role or Degree qualified in Engineering or similar
* A sound understanding of engineering processes and materials
* Ideally experienced working with a range of manufacturing processes
* Experience using 2D and 3D CAD software
* Hands‑on technical experience through your course
* Able to work to specific requirements and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Roles and Responsibilities
* Working to project specifications and deadlines
* Documenting activities and analytics to set standards
* Participating in technical training
* Working to budgets and timescales
* Investigating new solutions and areas within which the company can expand
* Being involved in different manufacturing processes
* Ensuring projects are delivered correctly and efficiently
