We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our ICT team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations, the primarily focus being purchasing, cost management and stock control. The role will include the maintenance of asset records & process documents, invoice reconciliation and playing a key role in the starter & leaver processes along with email and telephone support.
Key Responsibilities
* Raising of Purchase Orders and seeing orders through to payment.
* Collating and organising contracts – being the “go-to” person for documentation for the BAU organisation.
* Support the Group Head of ICT with administrative tasks as needed.
* Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
* Help coordinate logistics for office events or meetings (e.g., video conferencing setups).
* Keep accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and support requests.
* Document procedures for common IT tasks and troubleshoot guides.
* Provide reports on hardware/software inventory.
* Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure IT needs are being met.
* Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup and training.
Experience
* Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
* Familiarity with operating systems (Windows) and office software (Microsoft Office).
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
