* Assist in the creation and maintenance of corrosion circuits for process systems and pipelines.
* Support Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments by providing corrosion input, including degradation mechanisms, materials, and operating conditions.
* Collect, validate, and interpret inspection and monitoring data (e.g., thickness measurements, coupon/probe results, process chemistry).
* Contribute to corrosion risk ranking and recommend inspection frequencies and methods based on risk profiles.
* Maintain and update RBI databases and corrosion management systems.
* Assist in preparing corrosion control documents, inspection plans, and integrity operating windows (IOWs).
* Work with inspection, process, and operations teams to ensure inspection programs reflect current corrosion risks.
* Support anomaly management by reviewing findings, identifying potential degradation mechanisms, and recommending corrective actions.
* Participate in audits, integrity reviews, and corrosion workshops as required.
* Provide input for materials selection and corrosion control for projects and modifications.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and degradation modes in oil & gas environments.
* Basic understanding of Risk-Based Inspection (API 580/581) principles.
* Familiarity with corrosion circuit development and equipment/system classification.
* Experience with RBI or corrosion management software (e.g., PCMS, SAP, Capstone RBMI, Antea, etc.) is an advantage.
* 0–2 years' experience in corrosion or integrity engineering (internships/placements acceptable).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Personal Attributes
* Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Eager to learn and develop in asset integrity and risk management.
