This is a prime opportunity to "run the show" and take full ownership of your workshop with a Monday to Friday schedule—strictly no Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Lead Technician in our Wembley facility, you will take full responsibility for the workshop:
* Workshop Ownership: Handle all servicing, mechanical repairs, and maintenance.
* Diagnostics: Use modern software to identify and rectify complex mechanical and electronic issues.
* Quality Control: Ensure every job meets a "right first time" standard with detailed health checks.
* Precision Repairs: Resolve faults across engine, chassis, and braking systems.
* Management: Keep your workspace professional, clean, and highly organized.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance is preferred.
* Experience: Extensive workshop experience; you must be comfortable working as the only technician on-site.
* Technical Skill: Advanced confidence using diagnostic tools and modern vehicle systems.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
* Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and a quality-focused approach to workmanship.
Location & Commutability Our workshop is based in Wembley and is ideally situated for those commuting from Harrow, Greenford, Hendon, Ealing, Park Royal, and Brent Cross.
