About the Position:
* Permanent - Full-Time role
* Up to £77,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
* Lead clinical and operational performance
* Manage rota planning, resource use, and clinical governance
* Ideal candidate must be a problem-solving leader

* Balance patient outcomes with efficient budgeting and strategy
* Must be comfortable with complex surgical cases
* Previous leadership experience as a Vet is necessary
