We have a new opportunity to be part of our Operations team in the role of Business Standards Coordinator.
This pivotal role will see you take ownership of the development, implementation, and maintenance of business standards and operational processes across the organisation. Working cross-functionally, you will play a key part in ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across our operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
Developing and maintaining business standards, policies, and procedures that support organisational goals.
Monitoring compliance with internal standards, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with department heads to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Assisting in the development and delivery of training programmes to ensure company-wide adherence to business standards.
Maintaining records of business standard-related activity and reporting on associated performance metrics.
Supporting the integration of new technologies or systems to enhance business performance and compliance.
Strong experience in business process management, quality assurance, compliance, or similar disciplines.
In-depth understanding of operational standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field (preferred).

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
