Key duties associated with the role Leading and developing a staff team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed housing support services to young people. Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures within the service. Building internal and external partnerships to create innovative and forward-thinking services. Collaborating with other managers to develop a long-term vision for the service. Skills and experience Demonstrated leadership experience in housing support services. Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and the Strengths-Based Approach. Knowledge of housing regulations, legislation, and restorative approaches to behaviour. Excellent communication and partnership-building skills. Ability to manage budgets, recruitment processes, and staff development programs.
